A Victory for Our Mountains and a Healthy Planet
In an inspiring joint initiative, the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative and the Tyrolean Mountain Rescue have secured €37,000 through a public vote. The funds, generously sourced from the donation pool of the 32nd Stanglwirt Weißwurst Party, highlight how community spirit and charitable efforts can make a significant impact.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and his team have long been committed to supporting concrete projects that combine environmental and climate protection with social responsibility. “This initiative shows how collaboration can achieve remarkable results—for people and for the planet,” said Monika Langthaler, Director of the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative.
The Tyrolean Mountain Rescue serves as an indispensable pillar of safety in alpine regions, providing swift and professional assistance in emergencies. With this funding, essential equipment and measures to ensure operations in the mountains can be further strengthened.
“Together, we’ve made an important contribution to supporting the work of the Tyrolean Mountain Rescue—a real win for everyone,” Langthaler added.
The Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative remains steadfast in its mission to drive sustainable and innovative projects both globally and locally. This collaboration demonstrates the powerful synergy of tradition, community, and engagement in creating lasting impact.
